摘　　要：目的:优化患者住院预约流程,实现住院证开具、住院预约、入院登记等工作的电子化,改善患者就医体验及医务人员的工作体验。方法:通过改造HIS系统,实现门诊系统与住院系统的数据连通、患者住院预约及预约通知的发送。结果:通过住院预约电子流程实现前后患者和医务人员的耗时情况以及他们满意度的对比分析,可知电子流程实现后明显减少了患者和医务人员的时间浪费,提高了患者和医务人员的满意度。结论:通过HIS系统的改造,可以很好地优化患者住院预约流程,改善患者就医体验及医务人员的工作体验。Objective:Optimize the hospitalization appointment process of the patients, realize the electronization of the hospitalization certificate, hospitalization appointment, and hospitalization registration, and improve the patient experience and the medical staff′s work experience. Methods:Through the transformation of HIS, realize the data connection of the outpatient system and the inpatient system,the patient hospitalization appointment and the notification of the appointment. Results:Through the comparative analysis of the timeconsuming situation and the satisfaction of patients and medical staff before and after the hospitalization appointment electronic process,it can be seen that the electronic process has significantly reduced the time wastage of patients and medical staff, and improved the satisfaction of patients and medical staff. Conclusion:Through the transformation of HIS, the patient hospitalization appointment process can be well optimized, and the patient medical experience and the medical staff′s work experience can be improved.
