摘 要:在单因素实验的基础上设计正交试验,优化白藜芦醇滴丸的最佳制备工艺为:复合基质PEG4000︰PEG6000为1︰1,药物︰复合基质为1︰8,药液温度为90℃,滴速为50 d/min。从滴丸外观、丸重差异、滴丸粒径、溶出时限和白藜芦醇在滴丸中的含量等几个方面进行质量标准研究,由最佳制备工艺制备的滴丸符合中国药典对滴丸剂的相关要求。The orthogonal experiment was designed on the basis of single factor experiment,and the best craft for the preparation of dripping pills was selected.The quality standards were studied from the appearance of dripping pills,weight difference,the particle size of dripping pills,dissolution time and content of the resveratrol in dropping pills.The orthogonal experiment results showed that the best craft for the preparation of dropping pills was as follows:the ratio of the composite matrix PEG4000 and PEG6000 was 1︰1,the ratio of the drug to the composite matrix was 1︰8,the liquid temperature was 90℃,and the dripping rate was 50 drop/min.After studying the quality standard of resveratrol dropping pills which was prepared by the optimized conditions,the relevant requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia for dripping pills was matched.
