异烟肼联合地塞米松治疗结核性脑膜炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究给予结核性脑膜炎患者异烟肼和地塞米松联合治疗的效果。方法:于我院结核性脑膜炎患者中随机抽取74例,分为两组,对照组给予异烟肼治疗,观察组联合给予地塞米松联合治疗,对比两组患者脑脊液炎性因子水平和临床疗效。结果:经本文研究,对照组有效率30例(81.1%)。观察组有效率36例(97.3%)。对照组IL-6(42.57±5.10)pg/mL,TNF-α(14.38±2.12)pg/mL,CRP(3.19±1.03)mg/L。观察组IL-6(35.27±5.07)pg/ml,TNF-α(9.83±2.08)pg/mL,CRP(2.51±0.76)mg/L,与对照组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:给予结核性脑膜炎患者异烟肼和地塞米松治疗,可有效改善患者脑脊液炎性水平,达到理想的治疗效果,且无明显不良反应,推广应用具有显著价值。Objective:To study the effect of Isoniazid Combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis.Methods:74 patients with tuberculous meningitis were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with isoniazid,and the observation group was treated with dexamethasone.The level of CSF inflammatory factors and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results:the effective rate of the control group was 30 cases(81.1%).The effective rate of observation group was 36 cases(97.3%).In the control group,IL-6(42.57±5.10)pg/mL,TNF-α(14.38±2.12)pg/mL,CRP(3.19±1.03)mg/L.IL-6(35.27±5.07)pg/mL,TNF-α(9.83±2.08)pg/mL,CRP(2.51±0.76)mg/L in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:isoniazid and dexamethasone can effectively improve the level of cerebrospinal fluid inflammation in patients with tuberculous meningitis,achieve the ideal therapeutic effect,and have no obvious adverse reactions,so it is of great value to promote the application of isoniazid and dexamethasone.
