摘  要:本项目对退镀废水等含总氮污染废水进行单独收集,经物化沉淀预处理后进行反硝化脱氮处理。生化脱氮池进水总氮浓度平均为184.8 mg/L,温度为15~20℃,水力停留时间平均为16.2 h,葡萄糖投加量平均为1476 mg/L,出水总氮浓度下降至平均为7.7 mg/L,达到<20 mg/L的排放标准。葡萄糖/总氮质量比为8.1,与理论上的最佳比值接近,废水处理成本合理。In this project,wastewater containing total nitrogen,such as back plating wastewater from electroplating wastewater,is collected separately,treated by denitrification after physical and chemical reaction and precipitation pretreatment.For water inlet of biochemical denitrification tank,when average concentration of total nitrogen is 184.8 mg/L,temperature is 15~20℃,average HRT is 16.2 h,average glucose dosage is 1476 mg/L,the total nitrogen concentration of the effluent from the biochemical denitrification tank decreases to an average of 7.7 mg/L,meeting the standard of<20 mg/L.The ratio of glucose to total nitrogen is 8.1,which is close to the best ratio in theory.The cost of wastewater treatment is reasonable.
