摘  要:从实验用水、试剂纯度及配置、实验器皿和仪器的检查和清洁、消解时间、消解后冷却和混匀、仪器测量模式方面对碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外法测定总氮的影响因素进行分析,并用2个有证标准样品对相关影响因素进行佐证,提出注意事项和改进建议。The influencing factors of the determination of total nitrogen by UV spectrophotometric method with alkaline potassium persulfate were analyzed from the aspects of experimental water,purity and configuration of reagents,inspection and cleaning of experimental vessels and instruments,digestion time,cooling and mixing after digestion,and measurement mode of instruments.The relevant influencing factors were confirmed by two certified standard samples,and the precautions and improvement suggestions were put forward.
