摘  要:采用水热电沉积法,以碳纤维纸为正极、泡沫镍为负极,制备硫/钴/镍/氧超级电容器复合电极材料,研究了120℃下获得的薄膜在不同电流密度下(6 mA·cm^-2至10 mA·cm^-2)的形貌、组成、结构和超级电容性能的影响规律。结果表明,随沉积电流密度增大,所获得纳米片交错三维多孔结构形貌越致密,并且发生团聚形成球形颗粒倾向增大。当沉积电流密度为8 mA·cm^-2的电极材料在1 A·g^-1工作时,循环稳定性是这三种电极材料中最优异的,其质量比电容为127.8 mAh·g^-1。循环2800次后,比电容为初始比电容的80%。A composite film of the main elements such as S,Co,Ni and O etc for supercapacitors were prepared on nickel foam by a hydrothermal electrodeposition method with carbon fiber paper as the positive electrode and foamed nickel as the negative electrode.The effects of the deposition current densities from 6 mA·cm^-2 to 10 mA·cm^-2 on the morphology,structure,composition and electrochemical performance of the electrode were investigated at 120℃.The results showed that as the current density increased,the film with a three-dimensional porous structure of the nanosheets becomes denser,and the tendency of agglomeration to form spherical particles increased.This electrode material obtained at a current density of 8 mA·cm^-2 had a mass specific capacitance of 127.8 mAh·g^-1,and its cycle stability showed to be best among these three electrode materials,reaching 80%of the initial specific capacitance after 2800 cycles.
