基于行为护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析行为护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法择取2016年~2018年我院收治的92位冠心病患者行探究,将其随机划分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46),对照组行一般护理,观察组采取行为护理。对其护理效果及满意度开展对比。结果观察组护理总有效率97.83%高于对照组84.78%,满意度优于对照组,差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为护理在冠心病护理中应用效果显著。Objective To analyze the application effect of behavioral nursing in coronary heart disease nursing.Methods 92 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).The control group underwent general nursing,observation group.Take behavioral care.Compare the effects and satisfaction of their care.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.83%higher than that of the control group(84.78%),and the satisfaction was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral nursing has a significant effect in the nursing of coronary heart disease.
