摘  要:盐渍化土壤因渗透胁迫、离子毒害和氧化损伤,对植物造成伤害,不能直接应用于植物生产;利用外源NO处理植物可提高抗氧化酶活性,诱导有机渗透调节物质的产生与积累,并调控无机离子的选择性吸收,进而缓解盐胁迫对植物种子萌发、幼苗生长和光合作用的抑制效应。为同类研究及盐渍化土壤合理利用提供参考,从外源NO对植物盐胁迫伤害的缓解效应及其作用机制方面概述了外源NO缓解植物盐胁迫伤害的研究进展,并对今后的研究方向进行展望。Salinity soil causes damage to plants and cannot be directly applied to plant production due to its osmotic stress,ion toxicity and oxidative stress.Plant treated by exogenous NO can increase antioxidant enzyme activity,induce production and accumulation of organic osmoregulation substance and regulate selective absorption of inorganic ion for alleviating inhibition effect of salt stress on plant seed germination,seedling growth and photosynthesis.The research progress on alleviating damage of plant under salt stress by exogenous NO is reviewed from aspects of alleviating effect and its mechanism of exogenous NO to plant damage caused by salt stress,and the future research direction is prospected as well.
