摘 要:为油菜害虫绿色防控提供参考,以绵油11号为试材,采用田间试验研究5种生物农药(苦参碱、鱼藤酮、苏云金杆菌、苦皮藤素和球孢白僵菌)对油菜3种主要害虫(菜青虫、小菜蛾和蚜虫)的防控效果。结果表明:1 275 mL/hm^2苦参碱对菜青虫、小菜蛾和蚜虫的防效均较好,分别为87.79%、68.70%和80.40%;1 050g/hm^2鱼藤酮对蚜虫的防效最佳,达82.79%;球孢白僵菌对菜青虫的防效最佳,1 200~1 500g/hm^2浓度越高效果越好;防治蚜虫鱼藤酮宜选1 050g/hm^2,苏云金杆菌宜选750g/hm^2;防治小菜蛾苏云金杆菌宜选750g/hm^2,其他药剂可适当提高施药浓度。To provide references for green control against rape pests,a field experiment was conducted with Mianyou 11 as the test material to explore the control effects of five bio-pesticides(matrine,rotenone,Bacillus thuringiensis,celangulin and Beauveria bassiana)against three main pests(Pieris rapae,Plutella xylostella and aphid).Results:The control effects of 1 275 mL/hm^2 matrine against P.rapae,P.xylostellaand aphid were 87.79%,68.70% and 80.40% respectively.The control effect of1 050 g/hm^2 rotenone against aphid was 82.79%.The control effect of B.bassiana against P.rapae turned better with increasing B.bassianaconcentration among 1 200-1 500 g/hm^2.1 050 g/hm^2 rotenone or 750 g/hm^2 B.thuringiensis could be applied against aphid in rape.750 g/hm^2 B.thuringiensis could be applied against P.xylostella in rape and the concentration of other bio-pesticides could be increased appropriately.
