摘  要:为云南会泽铅锌矿区重金属污染土壤治理与植被恢复提供科学依据,通过分析野生小花南芥地下部生物量、根系长度、根系表面积、根系体积和投影面积等根系指标研究重金属胁迫对野生小花南芥的根系特征的影响。结果表明:矿区内不同位置野生小花南芥地上部与地下部的生物量(以干重计)以及根冠比较低,指标保持相对稳定,各样点间差异性不显著,生长情况大致相同;野生小花南芥的根系长度、表面积、体积及投影面积在各径级(根径,mm)分布存在差异,其中,径级04.5的占比较大。In order to provide the scientific basis for management of soil contaminated by heavy metal and vegetation restoration in Huize lead-zinc mining area in Yunnan Province,the effects of heavy metal stress on root characteristics of wild Arabis alpina were studied by analyzing root indexes of underground biomass,root length,root surface area,root volume and projection area of wild A.alpine.Results:The aboveground biomass,underground biomass(dry weight)and root-shoot ratio of wild A.alpina at different location in the mining area was low,the indexes stayed relatively stable with no significant difference at different sampling sites and the growth status was almost the same.Root length,surface area,volume and projected area of wild A.alpina differentiated among various diameter classes(root diameter,mm).The proportion of root length in total length at 04.5 diameter class was high.
