酸性黄显现潜血手印中固定技术比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较5-磺基水杨酸、乙醇和加热法3种血痕固定方法与酸性黄染色法配合显现血指纹的效果。方法分别应用3种血痕固定方法配合酸性黄染色法进行血指纹显现实验,在固定原理、固定时间、固定效果、便捷程度、成本5个方面进行比较。结果采用5-磺基水杨酸固定1 min后使用酸性黄显现即可获得很好的效果,为其他两种方法所不能比拟,后期随着固定时间的增加,其显现效果没有显著提升。结论应用5-磺基水杨酸固定血痕便捷高效,配合酸性黄,可以作为TMB的替代品承担现场勘查中的血痕显现工作。Objective The paper aims to compare the blood fix effect by using three methods-5-sulfosalicylic acid,ethanol and heat.Methods The three blood fixing methods were separately combined with acid yellow 7 in the bloody fingerprint experiment,and compared in dimensions of theory,fixing time,effect,convenience and cost.Results We can get an excellent result after fixing for only1 minute by using 5-sulfosalicylic acid,which other two fixing methods cannot achieve,and with an increase of fix time,there is no significant improvement.Conclusion We argue that 5-sulfosalicylic acid is an efficient and convenient technique to fix bloody stains,and with acid yellow,can be used as a substitute for TMB as a good bloodstain detection method in crime scene.
