摘  要:将环氧树脂E44作为基体,添加9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、超细氢氧化铝(ATH)、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)3种阻燃剂,探究三者在环氧树脂中使其性能达到最优时的最佳配比。通过单因素试验,探究每种阻燃剂的最优用量,再用Design-Expert软件设计3因素3水平的响应面优化试验,将3种阻燃剂进行复配,以氧指数和拉伸强度作为响应值,得到拟合曲线后对最优值进行验证。结果表明:DOPO,ATH,MCA质量分数分别为5.73%,20.00%,8.28%(以环氧树脂计)时,复合阻燃环氧树脂材料具有最佳性能,其极限氧指数(LOI)为31.2%、拉伸强度为28.20 MPa。Epoxy resin E44 was used as a matrix,and 9,10-dihydrogen-9-oxa-10-phosphorus-10-oxide(DOPO),ultra-fine aluminum hydroxide(ATH),and melamine cyanurate(MCA)were added as flame retardants.The optimal proportion of the three flame retardants in the epoxy resin to achieve the best performance was studied.Through the single-factor test,the optimal amount of each flame retardant was gotten.The Design-Expert software was used to design a three-factor and three-level response surface optimization test of compound by use of three flame retardants,with the oxygen index and tensile strength as the response value.And then the fitted curve was obtained,and the optimal value was verified.The results show that when the mass fractions of DOPO,ATH,and MCA are 5.73%,20.00%and 8.28%(in terms of EP),the composite of flame retardant epoxy has the best performance,with a LOI of 31.2%and a tensile strength of 28.20 MPa.
