摘  要:研究了黏度法测量超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)的黏均相对分子质量过程中搅拌方式、粒径、清洗和数据处理对测试结果的影响。结果表明,磁力搅拌和摇晃都可以加速溶解;相对分子质量高或粒径大都会导致溶解时间延长,其中粒径的影响更加明显;乌氏黏度计的清洗和维护是保证试验准确的必要条件;相对分子质量较大样品的数据的重复性变差,建议取3组相对较小的数值进行计算。The influence of stirring,particle-sizes,cleaning and data processing on the determining results of viscosity molecular weight of UHMWPE was studied.The results indicate that both magnetic stirring and shaking can accelerate dissolution.High molecular weight or large particle size will prolong the dissolution time,in which the influence of particle size is more obvious.The cleaning and maintenance of the Ubbelohness viscometer is the necessary condition to ensure the accuracy of the experiment.The data repeatability of samples with larger molecular weight becomes worse.Therefore,three groups of relatively small values are suggested for calculation.
