摘　　要：在非对称矩阵合同的判定定理及二阶非对称矩阵合同的等价刻画的基础上,刻画了三阶非对称矩阵的合同关系.最后还讨论了一般非对称矩阵合同的一般性结论.Based on the criterion of the congruence relation of nonsymmetric matrices and such a relation on 2×2 nonsymmetric matrices,we characterize the congruence of the 3×3 nonsymmetric matrices.Finally,we also try to discuss the general conclusion of the general nonsymmetric matrices’congruence.
