摘　　要：简要介绍了4DD柴油机缸盖的原铸造工艺,对4DD缸盖的气孔缺陷进行了分析。通过对浇注系统、排气系统、芯头配合间隙改进,消除了铸造气孔缺陷,提高了铸件合格率。The original casting process of 4DD diesel engine cylinder head is briefly introduced, and the casting defects existing in the 4DD cylinder head are analyzed. Through the improvement of gating system, exhaust system and core head fit clearance the gas blowhole defects are eliminated, and the qualified rate of castings is improved.
