摘 要:HG-256压型钢板是一种新型板材,对该类新型板材腹板穿孔与腹板不穿孔两类试件进行抗压承载力试验,以确定两类板材达到承载能力极限状态和正常使用极限状态时的破坏形态及所能承受的极限荷载。根据荷载挠度和荷载应力试验数据以及板件局部屈曲和板件塌落试验现象得出:腹板穿孔后,由于板件刚度的降低,板件正常使用极限状态承载力为腹板不穿孔板件的67.5%,板件承载能力极限状态承载力为腹板不穿孔板件的84.0%。HG-256 profiled steel sheet is a new type of sheet. The compressive bearing capacity of specimens with and without web perforation was tested under uniform pressure. The failure modes and the ultimate loads of the two types of plates were determined when they reach the ultimate state and normal state of bearing capacity. According to the data of load deflection tests, load stress tests and the local buckling and collapse tests, the conclusions are as follows. After the abdominal plate is perforated, due to the reduction of the stiffness of the plate parts, the carrying capacity of the plate parts in the normal operating limit state is 67.5% of the plate members without perforation, and the carrying capacity of the plate members in the limit state is 84% of the panel members without perforation.
