摘  要:针对复杂富水厚覆盖层地质条件下超长大直径钻孔灌注桩施工过程存在的成孔质量差、施工效率低等工程问题,以白洋长江公路大桥主塔桩基的工程项目为背景,阐明了超长大直径钻孔灌注桩泵吸反循环施工技术,介绍了大直径钻孔灌注桩钻机的合理选取、冲击钻施工、泵吸反循环钻机施工,通过提高泵吸反循环钻机施工工艺保证了桩基的施工质量,加快了施工进度并且节约大量成本。The engineering problems of poor quality and low efficiency exist in the construction process of super long and large diameter bored pile under the geological conditions of complex water rich and thick overburden. The pumping reverse cycle construction technology of super-long diameter bored pile is expounded based on the main tower pile foundation project of Baiyang Yangtze River Highway Bridge. The reasonable selection of large diameter bored pile drilling rig, percussion drilling construction and pump suction are detailed introduced. Through improving the construction technology of pump suction reverse circulation drilling machine, the construction quality of pile foundation is guaranteed, the construction progress is accelerated and a large amount of cost is saved.
