中西医结合护理对老年心力衰竭心功能及步行能力的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合护理对老年心力衰竭患者心功能及步行能力的影响。方法选择2017年12月—2019年3月医院收治的134例老年心力衰竭患者,随机分观察组和对照组各67例;对照组行常规护理,观察组行中西医结合护理,比较两组心功能、步行能力、生活质量、治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果与对照组相比较,观察组心功能恢复总有效率较高(P<0.05);相比较护理前,两组护理后步行能力、躯体功能、身体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能、心理健康、日常活动功能、活力、精神功能评分升高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组总依从率、护理总满意度均较高(P<0.05)。结论对老年心力衰竭患者实施中西医结合护理应用效果较好,可促进患者心功能恢复,提高其步行能力及治疗依从性,改善生活质量,使其对护理更加满意。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined nursing on heart function and walking ability of elderly patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 134 elderly patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 67 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of cardiac function recovery in the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical conditions,emotional changes,symptoms and social limits after nursing in the two groups were higher than those before nursing.The scores of all aspects decreased,the walking distance increased within 6 min,and the changes in the observation group were significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can promote the recovery of heart function,improve the walking ability and the quality of life of elderly heart failure patients.
