摘　　要：目的探究龙胆泻肝汤联合西药治疗人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)相关炎症性皮肤病临床疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法选取医院2016年2月—2018年3月期间收治的HIV相关炎症性皮肤病患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组行西药治疗,在此基础上观察组加用龙胆泻肝汤治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医证候积分及生活质量评分。结果观察组红斑、丘疹、表皮脱落、苔藓化等症状积分及生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤在治疗HIV相关炎症性皮肤病中可有效降低中医证候积分,改善临床症状,缓解瘙痒等对患者生活造成的影响,提高生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction on clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with inflammatory dermatosis associated with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Methods From February 2016 to March 2018,70 patients with HIV-related inflammatory dermatosis were randomly divided into two groups(35 cases in each).The control group was treated with western medicine,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction.The scores of TCM syndromes and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The scores of erythema,papules,epidermis shedding,mossy symptoms and quality of life in the observation group were lower than those in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction can effectively reduce TCM syndrome score,improve clinical symptoms,relieve pruritus and improve the quality of life,and it is worthy of popularizing.
