从肺脾论治湿疹的探讨

摘　　要：湿疹是一种缠绵难愈,反复发作的常见过敏性皮肤病。个人体质差异、及环境变化使越来越多的人深受困扰,给日常生活增添诸多不便。近年来,祖国医学在湿疹,尤其是慢性湿疹的治疗上有着较为醒目的表现。笔者通过查阅大量文献、及结合跟师临床经验总结发现从肺脾论治湿疹有较好疗效。主要论述湿疹的病因病机、湿疹发病规律与肺脾脏腑功能之间的关系、祖国医学传统的辨证分型、并附临床案例及分析2例。因湿疹有易反复发作的特性,为减少病情反复发作影响患者日常生活、并减轻湿疹对患者心理健康的损害,经查阅文献资料、梳理了湿疹日常护理干预工作。Eczema is a common allergic skin disease that is difficult to heal and recurrent.Personal physique differences and environmental changes have caused more and more people to be troubled,adding a lot of inconvenience to daily life.In recent years,the motherland medicine has a relatively striking performance in the treatment of eczema,especially chronic eczema.The author has found that the treatment of eczema from lung and spleen has a good effect by consulting a large amount of literature and combining with the clinical experience of the tutor.This article mainly discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of eczema,the relationship between the pathogenesis of eczema and the function of lung and spleen,the syndrome differentiation classification of TCM,and two clinical cases.Because eczema has the characteristics of recurrent episodes,in order to reduce the recurrence of the disease affecting patients'daily life and reduce the damage of eczema on the mental health of patients,the author has reviewed the literature and teased the daily nursing intervention of eczema.
