升阳益胃汤对腹腔镜结直肠癌术后快速康复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察升阳益胃汤对腹腔镜结直肠癌术后快速康复的疗效。方法使用随机数字表法分组方法,将98例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组术后予以围术期常规处理。观察组术后1 d开始服用升阳益胃汤,1剂/d,治疗30 d。观测住院时间、术后首次排便时间、术后首次排气时间、胃肠道症状、胃肠功能恢复情况。结果观察组术后首次排便时间、术后首次排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹胀及腹痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃肠功能恢复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论升阳益胃汤应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者的快速康复治疗中,不仅能有效缓解胃肠道症状,缩短首次排气、排便时间,还可以进一步改善术后疲劳,促进胃肠道功能恢复,值得进一步研究。Objective To observe the effect of Shengyang Yiwei decoction on the rapid recovery of laparoscopic colorectal cancer after operation.Methods Using random number table grouping method,98 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases in each.The control group was routinely treated during the perioperative period.The observation group started to take Shengyang Yiwei decoction one dose a day after surgery for 30 days.The length of hospital stay,the time of the first postoperative defecation,the time of the first postoperative exhaust,gastrointestinal symptomsand the recovery of gastrointestinal function were observed.Results The first defecation time,first exhaust time,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The abdominal distension and abdominal pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengyang Yiwei decoction is used in the rapid rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery,which can not only effectively alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms,shorten the time of first exhaust and defecation,but also further improve postoperative fatigue and promote gastrointestinal function.It is worthy of further research.
