基于中医健康教育养生理念在慢性心力衰竭护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究基于中医健康教育养生理念在慢性心力衰竭患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院于2017年12月—2018年8月期间收治的60例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合基于中医养生理念的健康教育,对比观察两组教育后的满意度、健康知识的掌握、遵医行为的变化以及患者再次住院比例以及住院平均天数。结果观察组知识掌握率及总依从率均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间及住院费用均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性心力衰竭患者护理工作中实施基于中医养生理念的健康教育,可增强患者防病意识,提高患者遵医行为,降低再次住院率,提高了患者机体康复的效率。Objective To study the effect of health education based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preserving health concept in nursing care of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From December 2017 to August 2018,60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group was combined with health education based on TCM preserving health concept.The satisfaction of the two groups after education,the mastery of health knowledge,the changes of compliance behavior,the proportion of patients in hospital again and the average days of hospitalization were compared and observed.Results The knowledge holding rate,the average hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education based on TCM preserving health concept in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure can enhance patients'awareness of disease prevention,improve patients'compliance behavior,reduce the rate of re-hospitalization,and improve the efficiency of rehabilitation of patients.
