颈复汤联合针灸对颈性眩晕症血液流变学及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析颈复汤联合针灸治疗对颈性眩晕症患者血液流变学及生活质量的影响。方法选取医院2017年3月—2019年2月收治的74例颈性眩晕症患者,分组选择随机数字表法,分两组均37例。两组均接受常规疗法,对照组患者提供针灸治疗,在对照组基础上给予观察组颈复汤治疗。比较两组血液流变学与生活质量。结果观察组治疗后血浆比黏度、全血高切黏度、红细胞压积[(1.73±0.06)mPa·s、(5.38±0.26)mPa·s、(0.41±0.03)%]均比对照组[(1.77±0.08)mPa·s、(6.12±0.23)mPa·s、(0.45±0.05)%]低,生活质量评分(7.91±1.04)分比对照组(5.52±1.23)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颈性眩晕症患者提供颈复汤与针灸治疗,可有效改善患者血液流变学,降低血液黏度,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of Jingfu Decoction combined with acupuncture on hemorheology and quality of life in patients with cervical vertigo.Methods From March 2017 to February 2019,74 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine therapy.The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and those in the observation group were treated with Jingfu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The hemorheology and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,plasma specific viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and hematocrit[(1.73±0.06)mPa·s,(5.38±0.26)mPa·s,(0.41±0.03)%]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(1.77±0.08)mPa·s,(6.12±0.23)mPa·s,(0.45±0.05)%],and the score of quality of life(7.91±1.04)was significantly higher than that in the control group(5.52±1.23).Conclusion The treatment of cervical vertigo with Jingfu Decoction and acupuncture can effectively improve the hemorheology,reduce the blood viscosity and improve the quality of life.
