加减柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗枢机不利型失眠36例  

36 Cases of Insomnia of Unfavorable Type of Cardiac Machine Treated by Modified Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction

摘　　要：目的分析加减柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗枢机不利型失眠的临床效果。方法研究抽取于医院进行治疗的枢机不利型失眠患者共计72例作为研究的对象,诊治时间为2018年1月—2019年5月,对研究对象进行分组,分组原则采取随机数表法,分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组应用舒肝解郁胶囊进行治疗,观察组采取加减柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,观察两组患者的睡眠质量、情绪状态以及不良反应的发生率。结果观察组患者的睡眠障碍率为(5.56%,2/36),PSQI评分为(5.23±1.34)分;对照组患者的睡眠障碍率为(27.78%,10/36),PSQI评分为(6.88±1.88)分,观察组的睡眠质量显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者的情绪状态显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者的不良反应发生率为(8.33%,3/36),对照组的发生率为(25.00%,9/36),观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论加减柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗枢机不利型失眠的临床效果显著,可有效提高患者的睡眠质量,改善不良情绪,抑制不良反应的发生,值得临床大力推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of insomnia of unfavorable type.Methods A total of 72 patients with insomnia of unfavorable pivot type who were treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The time of diagnosis and treatment was from January 2018 to May 2019.The subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule and the patients in the observation group were treated with Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction.The sleep quality,emotional state and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The sleep disorder rate was(5.56%,2/36)and PSQI score was(5.23±1.34)in the observation group.The sleep disorder rate was(27.78%,10/36)and PSQI score was(6.88±1.88)in the control group.The sleep quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was(8.33%,3/36)in the observation group and(25.00%,9/36)in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of insomnia of unfavorable pivot type is remarkable.It can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,regulate emotions,and inhibit the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
