摘　　要：一场突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情给中国社会经济与人民居住生活带来了巨大冲击,伴随着居家疫情病毒感染人数案例的大量报道,围绕这次疫情的住宅防控话题及应对措施问题也引发了人们对居家生活环境安全健康的担忧与热议。分析了我国住宅建设所面临的生命安全健康的生活环境保障的课题,指出了住宅建筑卫生防疫与健康安全生活环境保障方面存在的亟待解决的问题,结合国际居住健康安全生活相关住宅技术发展,提出了新时期健康安全生活保障与住宅可持续建设的建议。A sudden outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia has brought a huge impact on the social economy and people’s life in China. With a large number of reports on the number of people infected with the virus at homes, the topic of prevention and control of the epidemic in homes and the countermeasures also aroused people’s concerns and heated discussions on the safety and health of the living environment. This paper analyzes the housing construction in our country which facing the life safety and health living environment protection project, points out that there are urgent problems regards to residential building health and epidemic prevention and health and safety living environment protection. Combined with international residential health and safety related housing technology development, comes up with the suggestions of ensuring health and safety life in the new period and the development of sustainable housing.
