摘　　要：通过梳理建筑信息化、建筑信息建模技术(BIM)在国际上的发展历程、规范管理和基本规律,从建筑设计及施工管理的基本原理出发重新审视国内行业的现状与前景,剖析近年来新兴的以设计方牵头的EPC项目的发展趋势给建筑信息化带来的挑战与机会,并结合BIM技术在华南理工大学国际校区项目中的应用案例,对相关规范、工作框架及应用技术展开讨论。By teasing out the process, specification management and fundamental laws of the international building informatization and building information modeling technology, this paper gives a review of the domestic construction industry’s current situation and prospect. The trend towards designers taking the lead in EPC projects brings both challenges and opportunities to the building informatization. Combing the BIM practice in SCUT Guangzhou International Campus Phase-I EPC Project, the paper lead extensive discussions on relative specifications, working frameworks and technology applications.
