摘　　要：目的探索温针灸配合络刺泻血方法治疗老年性膝骨关节炎的新方法。方法对本中心针灸门诊收治的120例老年性膝骨关节炎病例,随机分为两组,各60例的普针组(常规针刺)、温针组(温针灸配合络刺泻血法)。结果温针组愈显率为83%优于普针组的53%(P<0.05),结论采用温针灸配合络刺泻血方法治疗老年性膝骨关节炎疗效优于普针组治疗,方法简便,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore a new method for the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis with warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with collateral blood.Methods:120 cases of senile knee osteoarthritis admitted to the acupuncture clinic of the center were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases of general acupuncture group(conventional acupuncture)and warm needle group(warm acupuncture combined with collateral blood stasis method).Results:The cure rate of the warm needle group was 83%better than that of the general acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis with warm acupuncture combined with collateral blood stasis is better than the general acupuncture group.The method is simple and worthy of clinical promotion.
