摘 要:目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒患者达到阿托品化时阿托品的血药浓度。方法选取宜宾市第三人民医院10例急性有机磷农药中毒患者,使用阿托品进行抢救,检测患者达到阿托品化时体内阿托品的血药浓度,明确其与生理状态下阿托品致死浓度的区别。结果有机磷农药中毒患者阿托品化时阿托品的血药浓度明显高于生理状态下阿托品的致死浓度(P<0.01)。结论临床上使用阿托品抢救有机磷农药中毒时血药浓度明显高于生理状态下阿托品的致死浓度,但是不会导致病人中毒或死亡。Objective To investigate the plasma concentration of atropine in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods Eighteen patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the Third People's Hospital of Yibin were selected and treated with atropine.The plasma concentration of atropine was monitored when patients reached atropinization.To clarify the difference of lethal concentration of atropine between pathological and physiological states.Results The plasma concentration of atropine in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning during atropinization was significantly higher than the lethal concentration of atropine in physiological state(P<0.01).Conclusion The plasma concentration of atropine in clinical treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning was significantly higher than that of atropine in physiological state,but it would not lead to poisoning or death of patients.
