分析腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝的的效果

摘　　要：目的探究在复发性腹股沟疝症状的治疗中,采用腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术方式治疗的临床应用效果。方法将我院在2017年1月~2018年12月期间接收的31例患有复发性腹股沟疝症状的患者作为本次研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,参照组与分析组,前组19例病患接受腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗方式,而后组12例病患则进行腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗方式,比较两组病患手术时长及住院时长,同时对比病患的术后并发症发生率。结果参照组病患的手术时长及住院时长均明显高于分析组(P<0.05);参照组病患的术后并发症发生率为42.11%,明显高于分析组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论在复发性腹股沟疝症状患者的治疗中,采用腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术可使病患的手术时间及住院时间明显缩减,控制患者病情的发展,同时有效降低术后并发症的发生率,进而提高患者的生活质量,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods Thirty-one patients with recurrent inguinal hernia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The reference group and the analysis group.In the former group,19 patients underwent inguinal hernia repair without tension,while in the latter group,12 patients underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.The duration of surgery and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.The incidence of postoperative complications.Results The length of operation and length of hospital stay in the reference group were significantly higher than those in the analysis group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the reference group was 42.11%,which was significantly higher than that of the analysis group(25.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with recurrent inguinal hernia,laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair can significantly reduce the operation time and hospitalization time of patients,control the development of patients’condition,and effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.In order to improve the quality of life of patients,it has certain clinical application value.
