切开复位内固定手术治疗三踝骨折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析三踝骨折患者行切开复位内固定术的临床疗效。方法以院内2017年6月~2019年1月接诊的78例三踝骨折患者并依据就诊顺序分组,观察组采取切开复位内固定术予以治疗,对照组采取手法复位联合聚酯石膏塑形外固定的治疗方案。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.44%,对照组87.18%(P<0.05);观察组术后骨折愈合时间为(6.62±1.75)个月,对照组为(9.64±2.62)个月(P<0.05)。结论三踝骨折患者行切开复位内固定术治疗的效果理想,可显著缩短骨折愈合时间,并提升治疗价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation in patients with three ankle fractures.Methods 78 patients with three ankle fractures received in hospital from June 2017 to January 2019 were grouped according to the order of treatment,the observation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and the control group was treated with a technique to reset the combined polyester gypsum plastic external fixation.treatment plan.Results The total effective rate was 97.44%in the observation group and 87.18%in the control group(P0.05).The time of fracture healing was(6.62±1.75)months in the observation group and(9.64±2.62)months in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The results of open reduction and internal fixation in patients with three ankle fractures are satisfactory,which can significantly shorten the healing time and enhance the value of treatment.
