肝多发上皮样血管内皮瘤1例并文献复习

摘　　要：1例肝占位伴右上腹隐痛6年余的年轻男性患者,反复出现肝功能轻度异常,多次影像学检查未能确诊,权威性医疗机构肝脏肿瘤多学科团队会诊考虑恶性肿瘤,最终经病理及免疫组化确诊为“肝脏上皮样血管内皮瘤”。该病例提示本病罕见,临床易误诊,应引起医务人员的重视。A young male patient with hepatic mass with a pain in the right upper quadrant for more than 6 years had repeated mild liver function abnormalities and multiple imaging studies failed to confirm the diagnosis.The multidisciplinary team of liver tumors in authoritative medical institutions considered malignant tumors and was finally diagnosed as"hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma"by pathology and immunohistochemistry.This case suggests that the disease is rare and clinically misdiagnosed,which should be paid attention to by medical personnel.
