摘　　要：肛瘘又称肛门直肠瘘,是指肛管或直肠下段同肛门周围皮肤之间或邻近组织、器官之间,因病理性原因形成的不正常通道。该病是常见的肛肠疾病,有着反复发作、术后创面难愈等特点。樊志敏教授从医35年,他精研医术,注重技术与理论创新;他融贯中西,做中医与西医的加法。本文就樊教授的手术治疗理念并选取病案一则进行探讨。Anal fistula,also known as anorectal fistula,refers to an abnormal passage formed due to pathological reasons between the anal canal or the lower rectal segment and the skin around the anus or between adjacent tissues and organs.This disease is a common anorectal disease,which has the characteristics of recurrent attacks and difficult wound healing after operation.Professor Fan Zhimin has been a doctor for 35 years.He has studied medicine and paid attention to technological and theoretical innovation.He integrated Chinese and western medicine,adding Chinese medicine and western medicine.This article discusses professor fan’s concept of surgical treatment and selects a medical record.
