摘 要:针对目前涤纶纺丝车间的清板作业现状,分析了智能铲板机器人的优势及代替人工作业的可行性,并结合生产实际,使用智能铲板机器人进行为期两个月的清板作业跟踪研究。结果显示,与传统的人工铲板相比,智能铲板机器人能够提升9.9%的保板率,有效减少纺丝断头,提升产品质量。In view of the current board cleaning operations in polyester spinning workshops,the existing problems were analyzed and improvement measures were proposed.The advantages of intelligent scraper robot and the feasibility of replacing manual operations were analyzed.According to the production practice,the intelligent scraper robot was used to track the shoveling work for two months.The results show that the intelligent scraper robot can improve the board retention rate by 9.9%compared with the traditional manual shovel board,effectively reduce spinning breaks and improve product quality.
