摘　　要：介绍了自动铲板机的工作原理和工作步骤。从设备的工作压力、工作流程、日常刀具维护三个影响因素进行调整,调整后自动铲板机能部分代替人工作业,颠覆了纺丝作业传统的人工模式,减少了人工操作造成的铲板质量差异,产生了比较可观的经济效益。另外指出了自动铲板机存在的缺点并提出了改进措施。The working principle and working steps of automatic scraper machine are introduced.Three factors are adjusted from the equipment working pressure,work flow and daily tool maintenance.The equipment of the adjusted automatic scraper machine can replace the manual work in part,which subverts the traditional manual mode of spinning operation,the quality difference of the scraper caused by different manual operation skills is reduced,and considerable economic benefits are generated.In addition,the shortcomings of the automatic scraper machine are pointed out and the improvement measures are proposed.
