摘　　要：【目的/意义】图书馆信息生态在智慧社会建设中面临的机遇与挑战并存,从不同维度驱动其框架体系的重构,维护图书馆信息生态系统的平衡与稳定。【方法/过程】从静态与动态双重维度重构图书馆信息生态框架体系,形成动静结合的综合性内容框架体系结构。同时,基于整体性、自组织性、适应性、关联性和系统性视角进行分析,揭示各构成要素的相互作用机理。【结果/结论】图书馆信息生态框架体系是基本要素和动态要素的有机结合,基本要素包括信息主体、信息本体、信息环体、信息介体、信息链体和信息控体等六方面基本内容,动态要素包括信息流、信息圈、社会计算和知识自动化等四方面动态内容。基本要素与动态要素不是孤立存在的,它们在相互联系、相互影响、相互交融和相互制约中不断调整与适应,建立新的稳定结构和状态。【Purpose/significance】The opportunities and challenges faced by library information ecology in the construction of intelligent society coexist, are driving the reconstruction of its framework system from different dimensions, and are maintaining the balance and stability of library information ecosystem.【Method/process】This paper reconstructs the library information ecology frame system from the static and dynamic dimensions, and forms a comprehensive content frame structure combining dynamic and static dimensions. At the same time, analysis is conducted from the perspective of wholeness,self-organization, adaptability, relevance and systematicness to reveal the interaction mechanism of each constituent element.【Result/conclusion】The framework system of library information ecology is an organic combination of basic and dynamic elements. The basic elements include information subject, information ontology, information environment, information medium, information link and information controller. Dynamic elements include information flow, information circle, social computing and knowledge automation. Basic and dynamic elements do not exist in isolation. They are constantly adjusting and adapting to establish new stable structures and states in the process of mutual connection, mutual influence, mutual integration and mutual restriction.
