摘 要:【目的/意义】从舆情客体视角探究医保欺诈事件传播周期中情感焦点及情感倾向两个维度的舆情演化趋势,对政府倾听民众诉求及舆情治理有重要意义。【方法/过程】依据生命周期理论划分舆情传播阶段,利用Word2Vec判断舆情客体,使用LDA方法挖掘评论主题进而识别情感焦点,同时使用SnowNLP进行情感倾向研究,最后基于认知-感情相符理论发现民众诉求。【结果/结论】能够挖掘出民众对不同舆情客体在各生命周期的情感焦点、情感倾向及二者演化趋势。研究发现民众态度从事件相关讨论过渡到事件本质探究,而后关心事件后果,最后提出建议,且情感焦点与情感倾向识别结果具有一致性。【Purpose/significance】From the perspective of comment object, it is important to explore the emotional evolution of emotional focus and emotional tendency in the medical insurance fraud incident cycle. It is of great significance for the government to listen to people’s demands and public opinion governance.【Method/process】According to the life cycle theory, the communication stage of public opinion is divided, Word2 Vec is used to judge the comment object, LDA method is used to mine the subject of the comment and then the emotional focus is identified, and SnowNLP is used to conduct the emotional orientation research. Finally, the people’s appeal are discovered based on the cognitive-affective consistency theory.【Result/conclusion】It is possible to find out the emotional focus, emotional tendency and trends of the different comment objects in different life cycles. The study found that the attitude of the people transitioned from the event-related discussion to the nature of the event, and then concerned about the consequences of the event, finally proposed suggestions.The recognition of emotional focus and emotional orientation are consistent.
