酸枣仁汤联合甜梦口服液对睡眠障碍患者神经内分泌、认知功能及深度睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的观察酸枣仁汤联合甜梦口服液对睡眠障碍患者神经内分泌、认知功能及深度睡眠的影响。方法选取2016年10月-2018年10月收治的90例睡眠障碍患者。按入院治疗顺序编号,分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予甜梦口服液,观察组患者加服酸枣仁汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,以及治疗前后神经内分泌、认知功能及睡眠状况。结果观察组的总有效率为97.78%,对照组为73.33%,临床有效率相比,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前后经LOTCA各项评分评定,观察组患者的知觉、定向、思维运作、注意集中、视运动组织评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后,对两组患者血清中相关内分泌指标进行检测,观察组患者经治疗后的ACTH、CRH、TRH、GnRH均呈降低趋势,且明显低于对照组(P<0.05),经治疗后,观察组患者的整体睡眠质量明显优于对照组,各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酸枣仁汤联合甜梦口服液对睡眠障碍患者神经内分泌水平、认知功能及深度睡眠具有良好的改善作用。Objective To observe the effects of Suanzaoren Decoction combined with Tianmeng Oral Liquid on neuroendocrine, cognitive function and deep sleep in patients with sleep disorders. Methods Ninety patients with sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by digital random table method. The patients in the control group were given Tianmeng Oral Liquid, while the patients in the observation group were treated with Suanzaoren Decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment as well as the influence of neuroendocrine, cognitive function and sleep status before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.78% in the observation group and 73.33% in the control group. Compared with the control group, the clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The LOTCA scores of the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated. The perception, orientation, thinking, concentration and visual and motor tissue scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before and after treatment, the serum endocrine indexes of the two groups were detected. After treatment, ACTH, CRH, TRH and GnRH in the observation group showed a decreasing trend, and were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the overall sleep quality of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Suanzaoren Decoction combined with Tianmeng Oral Liquid has a good effect on improving neuroendocrine level, cognitive function and deep sleep in patients with sleep disorders.
