摘　　要：目的探讨CD35、CD64在慢性乙肝患者外周血中的表达及临床意义。方法应用流式细胞术检测比较慢性乙肝患者与健康对照组外周血中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞CD64和CD35的平均荧光强度。并分析其与乙肝相关实验室指标的相关性。结果慢性乙肝患者淋巴细胞CD35(LCD35)的平均荧光强度低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与乙肝DNA的载量呈负相关(r=-0.49,P<0.05)。结论LCD35在慢性乙肝患者中表达下降,并且与病毒活动有密切的关系。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD35 and CD64 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods The average fluorescence intensity of neutrophils,monocytes,CD64 and CD35 in peripheral blood of chronic hepatitis B patients and healthy controls were measured by flow cytometry.The correlation between hepatitis B and related laboratory indicators was analyzed.Results The average fluorescence intensity of lymphocyte CD35(LCD35)in chronic hepatitis B patients was lower than that in healthy controls,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).It was negatively correlated with hepatitis B DNA load(r=-0.49,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of LCD35 in chronic hepatitis B patients decreases,which is closely related to viral activity.
