摘  要:目的建立一种离子色谱-电导检测方法,用于同时测定饮用水中F-、ClO2-、BrO3-、Cl-、NO2-、ClO3-、NO3-、PO43-、SO42-、S2-、CrO42-等11种常见无机阴离子的含量。方法选用瑞士万通930 Compact型离子色谱仪,电导检测器,MSMⅡ化学抑制器,Metrosep A Supp 7-250阴离子分析色谱柱结合Metrosep A Supp 4/5 Guard保护柱,淋洗液为5.0 mmol/LNa2CO3,流速为0.8 ml/min,柱温为45℃,水样经过0.22μm水相微孔滤膜过滤后上机检测,进样量为250μl。结果在一定浓度范围内,各待测物能在35 min内有效分离线性关系良好(r>0.999),检出限低(0.001 mg/L^0.005 mg/L)加标回收率为92.0%~103%,RSD <4.3%。结论该方法操作简便快速、灵敏准确,选择性高,重现性好,一次进样能同时分离测定饮用水中11种常见无机阴离子,能满足我国现行的《生活饮用水卫生标准》水质检测的要求。Objective To develop an ion chromatography-conductivity detection method for simultaneous determination of 11 common inorganic anions including F-, ClO2,BrO3-,Cl-NO2,ClO3-, NO3,PO43-,SO42-,S2-,CrO42- in drinking water.Methods The detection conditions are Metrohm 930 Compact ion chromatograph,conductivity detector,MSMII chemical suppressor,Metrosep A Supp 7-250 anion analysis column,Metrosep A Supp 4/5 Guard guard column,and the eluent(5.0 mmol/L Na2 CO3),flow rate 0.8 ml/min,column temperature 45 ℃ water sample was filtered by 0.22 μm water phase microporous membrane filter and tested on the machine,and the injection volume was 250 μl. Results Within a certain concentration range,all substances could be effectively separated in 35 minutes and have good relative(r> 0.999),low detection limit(0.001 mg/L-0.005 mg/L).The average recoveries rates were within 92.0%-103%,with RSD less than 4.3%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate,selective and reproducible.It can separate and determine 11 inorganic anions in drinking water simultaneously in one injection and meet the test requirements of current Standards for Drinking Water Quality.
