摘 要:运用正交实验,研究不同基质、不同浓度的NAA及不同浸泡时间对柞木扦插生根效果的影响,结果表明:NAA处理对生根率影响极差最大(R=10.0),最佳水平为浓度50 mg/L,其次为基质(R=3.33);最适宜基质为菜园土,最适宜浸泡时间为0.5 h;NAA是影响柞木生根数量的最主要因素,在50 mg/L的浓度下浸泡0.5 h置于黄土中生根数量最多;NAA浓度50mg/L处理0.5 h或2 h的柞木枝条成活率最高;最适宜乡土树种柞木扦插生根的条件为NAA 50 mg/L的浓度下浸泡处理0.5 h,置于黄土基质中。The orthogonal experiment is used to study the effect of NAA with different substrate, concentration and soaking time on the rooting effect of Xylosma racemosum cuttings. The results show that NAA treatment has the greatest influence on rooting rate(R = 10.0), the best level is 50 mg/L, the second is substrate(R = 3.33);the most suitable substrate is garden soil, the most suitable soaking time is 0.5 h;NAA is the influence on Xylosma racemosum cuttings. The most important factor of rooting quantity is soaking for 0.5 h at the concentration of 50 mg/L in the loess, the most quantity of rooting is placed in the loess;and the survival rate of oak branches treated for0.5 h or 2 h at the concentration of NAA are the highest;in conclusion, through the experimental analysis, the most suitable condition for rooting of Xylosma racemosum cuttings is soaking for 0.5 h at the concentration of NAA 50 mg/L in the loess matrix.
