摘  要:根据长沙地铁5号线时湘及湘木区间的工程实际,对该区间段内建筑物的基础埋深、结构形式及其与线路的位置关系进行了详细勘察,并根据隧道边线与建筑物的位置关系评估了盾构施工对建筑物的风险。针对不同建筑物的具体风险采取了相应的保护技术,如优化盾构掘进参数、控制盾构掘进速率、旋喷桩隔离保护、深孔注浆以及预埋袖阀管跟踪注浆等。为了避免盾构施工对区域内建筑物的影响,针对不同建筑物受到的具体风险,采取了优化盾构掘进参数、控制盾构掘进速率、旋喷桩隔离保护、深孔注浆以及预埋袖阀管跟踪注浆等保护技术,有效防止了建筑物发生变形、裂缝、倾斜等不良现象。According to the actual project of the Shixiang and Xiangmu sections of Changsha Metro Line 5, the foundation depth, structural form and relative position are investigated. The risk is assessed according to relative position about buliding caused by construction. The corresponding protection technologies for specific risks of different buildings are adopted, such as optimizing shield tunneling parameters, controlling shield tunneling rate,jetting pile isolation protection, deep hole grouting, and pre-embedded sleeve valve tracking grouting. According to the specific risks to different buildings, the protection technologies of optimizing shield tunneling parameters,controlling shield tunneling rate, jetting pile isolation protection, deep hole grouting, and pre-embedded sleeve valve tracking grouting are adopted to avoid the impact of shield construction on buildings in the area, which can effectively prevent the bad phenomena such as deformation, cracks, and inclination of buildings.
