摘  要:结合北京大兴国际机场南航1号机库超大跨度钢结构屋盖施工实践,介绍了三维激光扫描技术的操作使用方法。通过三维激光扫描施工技术,将施工现场与BIM模型有效结合,创新应用了新型的钢结构网架工程测量方式,进一步探索了超大跨度钢结构屋盖的变形趋势,提高了拼装精度。总结的操作方法为钢结构网架拼接和变形控制提供了新的测量方法及经验参考。Combined with the construction practice of the super long span steel structure roof of China Southern Airline No.1 hangar at Beijing Daxing International Airport,this paper introduces the operation and application method of 3D laser scanning technology.Through the three-dimensional laser scanning construction technology,the construction site and BIM model are effectively combined,a new type of steel structure grid engineering measurement method is innovatively applied,the deformation trend of the super long span steel structure roof is further explored,and the assembly accuracy is improved.The summarized operation method provides a new measurement method and experience reference for splicing and deformation control of steel structure grid.
