摘 要:结合杭州彭埠世茂一期二标段项目实际,探讨了地下室错层施工缝设置的必要性。针对错层处施工缝留置在外墙侧或底板侧,分别提出了2种不同的施工缝刚性止水方案。对2种方案的可操作性和止水效果进行了分析,并阐述了对应的钢筋留置、模板支设和止水钢板预埋方法,为其他工况下的地下室施工缝处理提供了解决思路。Based on the practice of the second bid section of the first phase of Shimao project in Pengbu,Hangzhou,this paper discusses the necessity of setting the staggered construction joints in the basement.According to the fact that the construction joint at the staggered layer is left on the side of the outer wall or the side of the bottom plate,two different schemes of rigid water proof for the construction joint are proposed respectively.The operability and water proof effect of the two schemes are analyzed,and the corresponding methods of steel bar retention,formwork erection and water proof steel plate embedment are described,which provide solutions for the treatment of basement construction joints under other working conditions.
