摘  要:针对传统串珠溶洞区域冲孔灌注桩施工方法存在的施工周期长、造价高、溶洞处理效果不佳等缺点,提出一种针对超大型溶洞区域桩基成孔的施工工艺。从超大溶洞的探测、注浆以及处理结果验收三大环节进行了创新,采用超前钻探法与管波探测法相结合,以及双浆液和袖阀管注浆相结合的工艺,保证了冲孔灌注桩的施工安全,加快了施工进度,节约了施工成本,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。In view of the disadvantages of the traditional construction method,such as long construction period,high cost and poor treatment effect,a new construction technology is proposed.Innovation is made in the three links of detection,grouting and acceptance of treatment results of super large Karst cave.The combination of advanced drilling method and pipe wave detection method,as well as the combination of double slurry and sleeve valve pipe grouting technology,ensure the construction safety of punching cast-in-place pile,accelerate the construction progress,save the construction cost,and have good social and economic benefits.
