摘 要:随着抬升纠偏工程实践的增加,注浆技术在抬升建筑物的应用趋于成熟。由于缺乏理论指导,注浆抬升往往是粗放式施工,既造成浆液浪费,也无法保证抬升效果。针对此种情况,借鉴地基处理中散体桩复合地基原理,提出步进式注浆工法。该工法通过注浆形成了由三部分共同作用的抬升结构,在抬升建筑物的同时,也提高了深层地基承载力,降低二次沉降发生的可能性。以西南某工程为例,验证了该工法应用在深厚填土建筑物抬升中的环保性和长期有效性。With the increase of engineering cases of lifting and rectification,the application of grouting technology in building lifting tends to be mature.Due to the lack of theoretical guidance,the grouting and lifting construction is often rough,which not only causes slurry waste,but also cannot guarantee the lifting effect.In view of this situation,referring to the principle of scattered pile composite foundation in foundation treatment,a step-by-step grouting method is proposed.This method forms a lifting structure which is composed of three parts by grouting.While lifting the building,it also improves the bearing capacity of deep foundation and reduces the possibility of secondary settlement.Taking a project in Southwest China as an example,the environmental protection and long-term effectiveness of this method in the building lifting on deeply earth-filled foundation are verified.
