摘　　要：目的用黛黄消疕乳进行实验动物的皮肤安全性试验,观察皮肤局部用药的安全性。方法选取健康白色家兔和成年豚鼠,分别进行脱毛处理,用家兔正常皮肤、破损皮肤进行用药刺激性试验,用豚鼠进行致敏性试验。结果黛黄消疕乳皮肤局部用药后,所有家兔均未产生明显刺激性反应,对健康豚鼠无明显致敏反应。结论黛黄消疕乳具有一定的外用安全性。ObjectiveTo observe the safety of topical application of Daihuangxiaobi Cream on animal skin.MethodsHealthy white rabbits and adult guinea pigs were selected and dehaired;irritation test was made on the normal skin and damaged skin of rabbits while allergic test was made to guinea pigs.ResultsNo obvious irritative reaction was found in rabbits after the topical application of Daihuangxiaobi Cream on the skin and no obvious allergic reaction was found in healthy guinea pigs.ConclusionsThe external application of Daihuangxiaobi Cream on the skin is of certain safety.
