益肺汤治疗慢性支气管肺炎临床疗效分析及对呼吸功能和炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益肺汤治疗慢性支气管肺炎临床疗效分析及对呼吸功能和炎症因子的影响。方法使用随机数表法将76例慢性支气管肺炎患者分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组氨溴索,100 mL/次,2次/d;观察组益肺汤,1剂/d,2次/d,连续治疗2周。观测炎症因子、肺功能。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组肺功能均有改善(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组炎症因子均有改善(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肺汤治疗慢性支气管肺炎,效果显著,可改善肺功能及炎症,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yifei decoction on chronic bronchopneumonia and its effect on respiratory function and inflammatory factors.Methods 76 patients with chronic bronchopneumonia were divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.Ambroxol was used in the control group,100 mL/time,twice a day.Yifei decoction was applied in the observation group,one dose/day,twice a day.The treatment was lasted for two weeks.Inflammatory factors and lung function were observed.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The pulmonary function of the two groups was improved (P<0.05).The observation group’s pulmonary function was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The inflammatory factors of the two groups were improved (P<0.05),and the observation group’s inflammatory factors were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Yifei decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic bronchopneumonia.It can improve lung function and inflammation,and is worthy of popularizing.
