中药冷喷联合蓝科肤宁治疗颜面部激素依赖性皮炎效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药冷喷联合蓝科肤宁治疗颜面部激素依赖性皮炎效果研究。方法将2018年9月-2019年9月在医院皮肤科治疗的108例颜面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组,对照组外用蓝科肤宁湿敷,观察组使用中药冷喷联合蓝科肤宁治疗,对比两组的临床表现、症状积分变化、不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在局部刺激症状如灼热、刺痛、红肿、瘙痒等发生率与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),经处理后均可缓解。结论中药冷喷联合蓝科肤宁治疗颜面部激素依赖性皮炎效果显著,能有效促进皮损的修复,恢复皮肤屏障功能,减轻相关症状,且不良反应发生率较低,具有较高的疗效及安全性。Objective: To study the effect of cold spray of traditional Chinese medicine combined with lankefuning on hormone dependent dermatitis of the face.Methods: 108 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis who were treated in our dermatology department from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with external application of lankefuning wet compress,and the observation group was treated with cold spray of traditional Chinese medicine combined with lankefuning.The clinical manifestations,symptom accumulation changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results: the effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05);The symptom score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the incidence of local irritation symptoms such as heat,tingling,redness and itching (P>0.05),which could be alleviated after treatment.Conclusion: cold spray of traditional Chinese medicine combined with lankefuning is effective in the treatment of hormone dependent dermatitis of the face,which can effectively promote the repair of skin lesions,restore the function of skin barrier,alleviate the related symptoms,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,with high efficacy and safety.
