参苓白术散加减联合西药治疗Hp阴性糜烂性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察参苓白术散加减联合西药治疗Hp阴性糜烂性胃炎疗效。方法将68例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组常规西药治疗。治疗组加用参苓白术散加减,水煎500 mL,2次/d,早晚温服。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床疗效、生活质量评分、不良反应。结果治疗组临床治疗总有效率、胃镜下糜烂面修复总有效率分别为(91.18%,31/34)、(94.12%,32/34)对照组依次为(64.71%,22/34)、(70.59%,24/34),经对比分析,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者GQOLI-74评分均有提升,治疗组GQOLI-74得分更高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者用药治疗期间不良反应发生率经对比分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参苓白术散加减联合西药治疗Hp阴性糜烂性胃炎,能进一步优化治疗效果,提高生活质量,用药过程安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of Hp-negative erosive gastritis.Method Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 34 cases in each.The control group was treated with western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder,decocting 500 mL,twice a day.Continuous treatment for 2 months was a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,quality of life score and adverse reactions were observed.Result The total effective rates of the treatment group and repair of erosive surface under gastroscope were (91.18%,31/34) and (94.12%,32/34) respectively,while those of the control group were (64.71%,22/34) and (70.59%,24/34) respectively.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the GQOLI-74 scores of both groups were improved,and the GQOLI-74 scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significantlydifferent (P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Hp-negative erosive gastritis with Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with western medicine can further optimize the therapeutic effect,improve the quality of lifeand the medication process is safe and reliable,which is worthy of promotion.
