摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨新技术革命对我国科技情报工作效能的影响,为我国科技情报工作与时代同行共进提供借鉴与参考。[方法/过程]从新技术革命对我国科技情报工作的整体影响出发,分析大数据、人工智能、移动互联网、超级计算等新一代信息技术发展下我国科技情报工作思维、机制、模式等方面可能产生的变革。[结果/结论]大数据改变情报工作思维、人工智能增强情报判断能力、移动互联网创新情报工作模式、传输和计算速度飞跃增进情报与决策联动关系;新技术革命既是一个提升我国科技情报工作"参谋""智囊"形象和地位的良好机遇,又是一次对情报战略预见、决策引领能力的严峻挑战,更是一场情报生产革新之战。[Purpose/significance]This paper discusses the influence of the new technology revolution on the efficiency of scientific and technical intelligence service in China,providing reference for improving the scientific and technical intelligence service accordingly with the time.[Method/process]Starting from the overall impact of the new technology revolution on scientific and technical intelligence service in China,the paper analyzes possible changes on the intelligence work in respect of the thought,mechanism and mode under the development of such new generation information technologies as the big data,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet and supercomputing.[Result/conclusion]Big data changes the thinking of intelligence work,artificial intelligence enhances the ability of intelligence judgment,mobile Internet innovates intelligence working mode,and leap in transmission and computing speed improves the linkage between intelligence and decision-making.The new technology revolution is not only a good opportunity to improve the image and status of"consultant"and"think tank"of scientific and technical intelligence service,but also a severe challenge to strategic foresight and decision-making ability of intelligence,as well as and also a battle of intelligence production innovation.
